A symphony of flavours – black truffle, radicchio and Gorgonzola PDO.
The sauce you didn't expect. We combined three iconic Italian ingredients in a single ready-to-use sauce that will transform your dinners – a dish with real character in under 5 minutes. The earthy notes of black truffle blend with the velvety, punchy Gorgonzola, while radicchio adds a pleasant bitterness that balances the cream.
